Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged upon arrival, the wrong size, or the incorrect article.
- A return request is made within 5 working days of receiving the order.
- The item is unused, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
Note:
- Color variations due to lighting or device settings will not be considered a valid reason for return.
- Any excess fabric or embellishments used for photoshoots will not be provided unless explicitly mentioned on the website.

Asma & Sidra reserves the right to reject compensation or refunds if this information is not provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale items and promotional purchases.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Gift cards and personal care products.
- Orders refused at the time of delivery.
Refund Policy
- If a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- If an order is canceled before dispatch, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- If the order is already processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
International Orders & Customs
- If a parcel is held by customs in the destination country, the customer is responsible for providing the necessary documentation. Asma & Sidra is not liable for non-clearance or refunds in such cases.
